Relocation of Deerfield

Integrity Physical Therapy relocated the Deerfield location to Northfield on Tuesday, January 3rd, 2006. This was the result of the closure of the Deerfield Multiplex which serviced the Deerfield area for over 25 years. Our new information is as follows:

Our new facility is located in Poliquin Performance-Chicago which is a 12,000 sq. ft. state of the art sports performance and wellness center located in Northfield, IL. This is their third performance center nationally, please look at their website for additional information, www.PPCchicago.com
